Falmouth is an ideal base for touring mid and west Cornwall, with Lands End, Penzance, St. Ives, and The Lizard peninsula all less than an hour drive away, as well as other major attractions recognised world-wide.
SEAWARD is registered as an accommodation provider at Falmouth Tourist Information Centre and with the South West Coast Path Association (coastal footpath is just 250mtrs away). National Trust and private subtropical gardens are only a short distance away.

The resident owner is a retired crew member on the Falmouth R.N.L.I.lifeboat and with his many contacts around the harbour and waterfront could arrange most water based activities such as wreck fishing, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving which can be enjoyed during your stay, as well as several organised pleasure boat trips on the River Fal to Truro or across the bay to the Helford River and the famous Frenchman`s Creek.
